PrepExSome people think that university education should be free for everyone. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

If Sid means free only for students who can't afford it, 'partly agree' fits. If it's free for everyone, cost might be a problem to solve rather than a reason to disagree.

Could the intro say 'I support free tuition for students who cannot afford it, rather than for everyone'? Would that make 'partly agree' clearer?
