It would be NOT GIVEN since 8 am is exact time which is not mentioned in the passage. However, if the statement is 8 am, but the passage says "in the morning" that would be TRUE.

@The Hero Teacher, did you mean passage says 8am, statement says 'in the morning'? The other way round, we still wouldn't know the time, right?
