After marking an IELTS Reading practice test, what do you actually do with the wrong answers? Finding the right sentence makes sense, but what is worth writing down so the review helps with a different passage?
If you use a mistake paper or something, could you show one entry in your own words? For example, would you note an unfamiliar phrase, why the wrong option looked right, or what you missed in the question?
Also how you check if the review helped. Try the same passage later, or move to a new one with the same question type? A better score on a passage you remember doesn't seem like a fair check.

Would this be enough for one entry? A made-up example:
Type: summary completion
Mistake: wrote two words when the instruction said ONE WORD ONLY
Next time: check the word limit before choosing the answer
Then try a fresh question with a word limit and see if that mistake happens again. Something short like this seems easier to use than copying the whole question and answer.
