PrepExIELTS Listening: when the speaker changes the answer
For a made-up question asking the appointment time, suppose the speaker says, 'Tuesday at ten... sorry, ten is full. Make it eleven.' Does 'make it' show that eleven replaces ten here?

Transcript makes sense, audio doesnt
I know the words when I see the transcript, but cant catch them in the recording. After reading it, replaying feels a bit like remembering the answer. When do you move to a fresh clip? Looking for something around 10 minutes, maybe dictation or repeating after the speaker.
