A few useful details
Can I book without an account?
Yes. Choose a time and pay US$24.99 as a guest. Your time is held during checkout and confirmed after payment. We’ll email your teacher, time and private booking reference. Use the link to view your booking and Google Meet details without an account. You can also create a free PrepEx account using the same verified email to manage your booking. IELTS Pro members should sign in before buying to receive the US$14.99 price.
How does my voucher work?
One paid voucher covers one 30-minute session, including feedback. It stays in your PrepEx account until you redeem it and cannot be transferred. Both free and IELTS Pro users can buy and book. IELTS Pro members pay US$14.99; free users pay US$24.99.
Where do I find my Google Meet link?
Open the private booking link in your confirmation email, or Your bookings on this page. If the link is still being arranged, you’ll see “Meeting link will be added before your session”. Check back here before your appointment.
Can I choose a different time?
You can cancel a confirmed booking before it starts. Your voucher will be restored so you can book another available slot. Cancelling a booking does not issue a payment refund. If your session has started or you need help with payment, contact support.
What if my Pro plan ends?
Your paid voucher and confirmed booking remain in your account. You can redeem your voucher, attend, cancel or choose another available time even after your Pro plan ends. New purchases use the price for your current plan.
