What's the difference between monthly and quarterly billing?
Choose monthly billing at $29.99/month or quarterly at $59.99 every 3 months, which works out to about $20/month. Both plans unlock the same Pro practice features. The credit allowance covers different periods: 6,000 credits per month on monthly billing, or 6,000 credits for the whole three-month period on quarterly billing. Unused credits do not roll over.
Is the free account really free?
Yes. No credit card required. Free users get the first quick IELTS diagnostic with four directional ranges, one priority, one correction and a first exercise, 2 IELTS practice sessions per UTC day across the shared Writing, Speaking, Reading, and Listening pool, plus 360 IELTS credits every 30 days for speaking and premium feedback tools. It's enough to find your baseline before deciding whether you want unlimited access.
How do IELTS credits work?
IELTS credits power premium speaking and feedback workflows. Free users receive 360 credits every 30 days, refreshed the next time they access their balance after the period ends. Pro resets to 6,000 credits on each paid renewal: monthly or every three months, depending on the plan. That is about 50 minutes of premium voice usage per billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over. Your account shows the next scheduled credit renewal. The daily practice cap is separate: Pro removes it entirely.
Is this separate from PrepEx's other test subscriptions?

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your account settings. You'll keep Pro access through the end of your current billing period, then automatically return to the free tier.
