A learner dictionary helps with phrases too. Like heavy rain, not just the meaning of 'heavy'. Find a similar example, then try your own sentence.

Does the example have to be from a real study, or is this possible situation enough? no percentages, just the student borrowing books

Could record it twice from the same notes, using different words the second time. Same event, without memorising a sentence for each keyword.

If Sid means free only for students who can't afford it, 'partly agree' fits. If it's free for everyone, cost might be a problem to solve rather than a reason to disagree.

The actual exam has a fee. Free prep is seperate. British Council lists fees by country and test type.

Try writing what you hear from a short clip, gaps and all. Compare with the transcript, listen while reading, then replay without it. Use a fresh clip after, so you're checking hearing rather than memory.

Forgot the word in Speaking... describe it?

If you forget 'thermometer', can you just say 'the thing used to check temperature' and carry on? How much description is enough? Thinking of practising with objects without saying their names.
