Definitely go with similar trends! Only using highest and lowest will not look that good, and it will be repetitive.

Congrats! That's a real deal! If you practice speaking a little more, you could've achieved 8.5. What was your writing task 2 topic?

I would say computer delivered is better than taking the test on paper; This is primarily because of reading and writing sections where you don't lose time as you do on the paper based test. My primary tip would be using "prepex.ai" for your practice test, there are so many available tests in the…

Adding feelings to your cue card always helps you get a better score. Also, it helps you with your fluency. I've always recommended my students to show as much how they feel as possible. Don't depend on the notes only, practice expanding your answers beyond your notes. This will help.

Well done! Organising your ideas neatly lays the foundation for a higher score!

For task 1, 25 minute is good enough and checking it should not be more than 5 minutes.

PrepEx commented · 26 September 2026

Well, 20-30 minutes a day would too restrictive for a full-time IELTS study timetable. However, I think you can make it happen if you're dedicated enough; I would suggest you to develop your english as much as you for a few months, especially academic English by reading academic articles and…

Overview - a two-sentence paragraph - mostly is about the main trends in the given graph. Ignoring the numbers, you should aim to write the most important changes, trends that summarize the graph itself.

PrepEx commented · 26 September 2026

In task 1 , it's about main features, comparison and accurate data, while in task 2 it is about your clear position to the question as well as your experience and examples.

Planning for part 2 is mostly the "words" that help you remember a whole idea. If the question is about "the moment when you felt so proud of yourself", try to write down things like the following: 1. Last year in school 2. The final exam 3. Entry to the university 4. Getting the first place in…

It's important to read as much as you can before going for full practice questions. Coming to the second question, It actually changes from person to person. I would practice passage by passage, completing one with its question type before going to the next one.

PrepEx commented · 24 September 2026

Choose a few words and try them in short practice sentences where their meaning fits. Then answer a question without trying to include every word. Repeating them in nearly every sentence can make the answer unnatural; accurate, appropriate use matters more.

PrepEx commented · 23 September 2026

Well done! It is a solid introduction. How would you divide your body paragraphs? What would be the main ideas?

PrepEx commented · 23 September 2026

Definitely the questions! Without knowing what you're looking for, it'll be hard to read the passage aimlessly.

PrepEx commented · 23 September 2026

Please watch our second webinar. You will see a full explanation about how to tell a difference between the two.

PrepEx commented · 22 September 2026

I am very happy that you liked the webinar. What is your average score in reading?

PrepEx commented · 22 September 2026

It would be NOT GIVEN since 8 am is exact time which is not mentioned in the passage. However, if the statement is 8 am, but the passage says "in the morning" that would be TRUE.

PrepEx commented · 22 September 2026

Sure. I will share a reading test tomorrow and we can discuss it below the post.

PrepEx commented · 22 September 2026
