If I don't hear the question clearly, can I say 'Could you repeat that, please?'

What if I hear the words but dont understand the question? Can I ask them to say it another way?

In Part 3 you can ask for clarification and the examiner can rephrase. In Part 1, expect the same question repeated rather than explained.
