For a flow chart, I'd check the arrows first. A final arrow returning to an earlier stage changes how you describe the overall process.

Right. That fall is a reason to include an intermediate value. Choose numbers because they support an important feature, not because they're evenly spaced across the chart.

For example: 'Seeing an old tool can make its use easier to understand than reading about it.' Does that stay general enough?

Connect a feature to its location and change. For an imaginary past redevelopment: 'The car park beside the station was replaced by shops.' The labels and dates should guide your wording.

Explain the reason first. An example can help show what you mean, but just listing another example may leave the 'why' unanswered.

If those are the chart's main trends, yes. The numbers then show how much they changed. I'd avoid repeating the same overview again at the end.

For an Academic report, something like 'The number fell sharply' describes the data neutrally. 'The number had a terrible drop' adds a reaction that the chart doesn't need.

In Part 3 you can ask for clarification and the examiner can rephrase. In Part 1, expect the same question repeated rather than explained.

For clarity, pick a stable landmark and describe changes around it. In a made-up example: 'Two houses were built beside the existing school.' That connects location and change in one sentence.

A chart comparing categories at one point in time has no time trend to describe. The overview would need its main differences instead. And two sentences is a suggestion, not a fixed IELTS rule.

Some visitors, yes. Others might go for the building or a particular exhibition, so the learning point doesn't need to cover everyone.

Group categories for a reason: a shared trend, similar levels or a useful contrast. If three lines rise but one falls, that difference may be clearer than grouping by their order in the legend.

Your second paragraph is the overview part. For this two-sentence exercise, you can leave out the introduction and the detailed paragraphs and work on just those two sentences.

Yes, that is a clear way to ask to hear it again. You don't need to guess the question from the words you caught.

If the question is why people visit museums, can a short personal example help, or should the whole answer stay about people generally?

'I agree, provided that' does fit better. My old version left 'choice' doing two jobs: compulsory service with a choice of activity, not a choice about taking part. The swap avoids that.

'Take into account' just means considering something when deciding. That can fit casual speech too. Depends what you're saying, not only whether the phrase sounds formal.

If both sentences just say the same trend, one can go. I'd check whether the overview still covers the main features, rather than count sentences. A different trend or exception might need its own sentence.

Trying that position: 'Some argue that university should be free for all students. I agree only for those who cannot afford the fees, because access matters more than offering a free place to everyone.' Is 'only for' too absolute here, or does it make the limit clear?
