I'm a primary school teacher in Uzbekistan, trying to fit IELTS around work.
With 20–30 minutes on a weekday, how much would you spend practising and checking? And one skill for a few days, or rotate them? A short example session would help.

That split sounds workable. If checking keeps stealing new-task time, maybe cap checking at 8 minutes and move whatever is unfinished to the start of the next session?
