What do you add after the cue-card points? I don't want to repeat myself.
Could someone show a small example, and what notes you'd make for it?

An ordinary example is fine. With the timetable, explain when you check it and how it helps plan the day. The Speaking criteria assess your language, not how exciting the story is.
