Before you book
Do I need a PrepEx account?
No. You can book and attend as a guest. We’ll email your confirmation and a private booking link. You can create an account later if you want to.
Which language is the session in?
The speaking practice is in English. This page is available in six languages to help you understand the offer. The booking calendar and confirmation emails currently use English.
Is this an official IELTS test?
No. This is an independent PrepEx practice session with a teacher. It does not issue an official IELTS result or guarantee a particular band score.
Can I change my time?
You can cancel a confirmed booking before it starts and use the restored voucher to book another available time. Cancellation restores a session voucher; it does not issue a cash refund.
How do I join the session?
Open your private booking link or Your bookings on PrepEx. Your Google Meet link appears there. If the teacher is still arranging it, check again before your session.
