Describe a busy condominium move-in

Movers carry a sofa through a condominium lobby while residents organize boxes, a concierge gives directions, and other people wait near the elevators.
Study the whole scene before you start preparation.

Describe the scene in detail so your friend can picture the people, furniture, and activity in the lobby.
