That’s close to what Aydin recommended on Saturday: once for meaning, then back again just for the words. One small addition: when you rewind, write down the whole phrase the word sits in, not only the word. It’s much easier to use later. Lmk if you need the webinar recording

Read and listen to things slightly above your level on common IELTS topics: BBC Future, The Guardian, TED Talks. Go through each piece twice, once for meaning and once just to pick out useful phrases.

Hi @zammu, the bit of Aydin’s lesson that answers this is reviewing on a schedule instead of all at once: day 1, day 3, day 7, then day 21. Keep each word with the phrase you found it in (“tackle air pollution”, not just “pollution”).
