Delete your PrepEx account

You can request deletion here or in the PrepEx app under You → Delete account. You do not need to reinstall the app.

This deletes your shared account across PrepEx's app and website, including practice history, recordings, scores and saved vocabulary. Deletion is permanent.

We process requests within 7 days and email you when complete. Active subscriptions are handled as part of the request. Records required by law and data already irreversibly anonymized may be retained.
